The amount of the Free Tier Credit credited to your account will be charged monthly and is non-refundable. However, we will credit any unused portion of the Free Tier Credit at the end of each billing period, up to the amount of the credit applied. We will stop crediting the Free Tier Credit towards your bill as of the expiration date of your Free Tier Credit. If your account does not have any Free Tier Credits, they will not be applied to your bill. 


Expiration of the Free Tier Credit will reset the 30-day free trial period. You will still receive the standard rates for AWS Services used by your account during the 30 day trial period. Throughout this process, you will be able to monitor the progress of your Pell Grant awards by reviewing your FSA account. You will also be able to make corrections to your application or other documents by logging into your FSA account as described in the application instructions found on the FSA website or by calling the toll-free number. If you file a tax return, you should be prepared to provide the Department with copies of all Pell Grant checks received and any other documentation concerning these awards.

Here are some examples: students may use the Free Tier to learn new skills while developing an app, teachers may use the Free Tier to serve millions of students, or administrators may use the Free Tier to scale up their applications to support thousands of users. The Free Tier is 100% complimentary for the life of the account, and there are no limits on the number of applications you can run on the services. There is no credit or refund policy associated with the Free Tier; however, we may periodically make changes to the Free Tier, and we may change your billing options. You will only pay for billed services that you use.
