React Component, that allows to register patient complains on the image

Problem

This is a component that allows to register complaints on an image. For example, when you are renting a car and you need to mark all places with scratches on them. Patient visits a doctor and doctor needs to make marks on person anatomy image for future reference.

Solution

This is just a simple component that accepts a list of images, and allows to make simple marks above those images.
