Implement beautiful, effective popup notifications in minutes.

Usage

1. Run npm install react-note -S
2. `import ReactNote from 'react-note'
3. Place a <ReactNote /> in your react component, preferably at the top level component so it can be accessed anytime
4. Call this.msg("Title", "This is a message", 5000) - the 5000 is in miliseconds how long before the notification fades out.
