onRotateStart

callback function called on start rotating. Gets arguments: event, dom element, current angle.

onRotate

callback function called on rotating. Gets arguments: event, dom element, current angle.

onStop

callback function called on stop rotating. Gets arguments: event, dom element, current angle.

bool, default true, when false rotation is disabled.
