through the end of 2017, snap reserves the right to issue provisional licenses, pending completion of appropriate license applications. any provisional license that snap issues will expire at the conclusion of 30 days from the date the provisional license is issued, unless a different date is specified by snap. provisional licenses have limited uses. in particular, a provisional license will not entitle its holder to an exclusive right under the copyright law of the united states, and a provisionally licensed microblading or powder brow practitioner may not practice microblading or powder brow in missouri. 


 snap follows a regular review process to determine when and if an application that qualifies for a license should be approved and also finalizes a process to verify that applications for licenses are valid and legitimate. please be patient as every application is reviewed by a human before it is approved. 


 snap currently only licenses a limited number of microblading and powder brow practitioners. snap retains all the right to modify this list at its sole discretion. in no event shall snap be deemed to be a contractor of the licensed practitioners for all purposes. 


 when a practice is approved for the missouri state licensing board, all applicable state and federal statutes and regulations are followed, including any rules that relate to licensure requirements for the practice. snap employees and contractors are not permitted to act as attorneys for the licensee. such activity is restricted to the licensor. 


 to ensure the safe, legal, and sanitary provision of the service, snap requires you to complete a health and safety checklist. a checklist is a document describing what kind of supervision, preparation and practice materials and techniques are appropriate for the microblading and powder brow service, as well as the facility where the microblading and powder brow is performed. snap will provide the applicable checklist to the microblading and powder brow practitioner, as applicable. 84d34552a1
