Usage

import Ticker from 'redux-saga-ticker';

  const channel = Ticker(60 * 60 * 1000);
  while (true) {
    yield take(channel);
    yield put({type: 'RUN_HOURLY_CRON'});
  }
}

Call channel.close() to stop the ticker.
