Usage

Exposed as the global refreshrate:

	// refreshrate(callback, samples);
	refreshrate(callback, 60);

	function callback(hz,estHz) {
		console.log(hz, estHz); // 59, 60
	}

As an AMD module:

	var refreshrate = require('refreshrate');
	refreshrate(callback, 60);

	function callback(hz,estHz) {
		console.log(hz, estHz); // 59, 60
	}

	require('refreshrate')(function(hz,estHz) {
		console.log(hz, estHz); // 59, 60
	});

Issues

• Some browsers have limits FPS and Vsync.
• No control over execution priority, so be careful to implement when the environment isn't too busy.
