== RRT: Registrar Remark Token

In short: common lib used by rps and subsvc to generate and check and parse "remark" tokens. See also the rrt-rs project that can handle multiple versions. The initial version of this project was not perfect. It evolved into a V00 token and a new V01 token.

WARNING: This lib only implements V01.

Tokens can be generated from the command line using rt (the bin from the rrt-rs project):

rt new --network 0 --id 1234 --channel TW 

It uses the defaults:

--app <app>                The application [default: 0]
--index <index>            Registrar index 0..255 [default: 1]
--version <version>        The version of the App [default: 1]

Registrar #1 uses App index 00. V01 means we will always have token starting with `0001
