CLI for encoding and decoding messages using a ROT13 cipher

User can enter different commands to either encode or decode a message. These messages are then run through a ROT13 cipher for conversion.

Think of this app like a decoder ring that you can use to send secret messages back and forth with someone. Once installed each person can encode and decode messages.

Run npm install -g rot-13-messages to install.

Once installed use decoder-ring to launch.
