rounded-coinweight-js v3.0.3

This will round the number(amount of coins) calculated from given total weigth. Example: 204 gram of €2 coins, you need to calculate the amount of grams rounded because its not possible to have 0.01 > 0.99 coins. This function will return (200, 25). 200grams and 25 coins instead of 204 and 25.5
