Requirements to use? You'll just need to have Yarn installed, rxn-cli will do all the rest for you with an interactive and practical CLI.

📚 Usage

Using NPM

npm install -g rxn-cli

rxn-cli

Using Yarn

yarn global add rxn-cli

rxn-cli

OBS: Depends on Yarn anyway. After starting a project or library with rxn-cli, created folders need to be managed by Yarn Workspaces.
