To launch application:
On the project root folder run the command:
npm install

Launch your mongodb server:

ex: c:\MongoDB\bin\mongod.exe

or by command line:

sudo service mongod start

Then run on different tabs:
npm run build
npm start

Now you can access the application at:

http://localhost:3000/
