 The SummaCut S-One has been redesigned to include three separate and distinct cutting technologies. The cutting head can be programmed using one of three technologies: the familiar laser based cutting head, the newer photo-based cutting head and the ink-based cutting head.


 SummaCut offers two toner models -- the PL3200 and the PL3100 -- which differ in toner reservoir capacity. The PL3200 has a reservoir capacity of 150ml while the PL3100's is 100ml. Though the PL3200 is higher capacity, the more expensive PL3100 is actually the more economical printer because the cheaper model uses less toner.
