Generate some basic git project files like README, CONTRIBUTING, LICENSE, etc

Usage

Install SAO first.

yarn global add sao
# or
npm i -g sao

From npm

sao git-project my-project

From git

sao brpaz/sao-git-project my-project

TODO

• add support for more files like travis.yml, editorconfig, etc, using subgenerators.
• have different prompts based on the repo programming language.
