Scraper for ECN

$ git clone git@gitbub.com:syaau/scraper-ecn.git

Install dependencies

$ npm install

Install command line utility

$ npm link

Run the program

$ scrape-ecn

All the scraped data is created is inside the voters folder with district id and voter center id. The first level of scraping downloads the basic information only.
