Terminal

• outputs screeps console
• lets you input into screeps console
• has an escape character (?) for normal cli
• can be configured for known escaped commands (defaults to include git and npm)

Glue commands

• shard {shardName} will switch to the shard specified
• servers [all] lists running servers. If all is given lists all servers in config (even crashed/cannot connect ones)
• server {serverName} [make] selects serverName as the active server. If make is provided makes the server if it does not exist.
