Lightweight scrolling effects with familiar CSS syntax

Scroll Effects registers itself as CommonJS module, AMD module or jQuery plugin (it depends on your environment).
If there is no CommonJS, AMD or jQuery, Scroll Effects registers itself in the global namespace.
