Search-capping Module

Instructions

1. Clone
2. Handle all 'todos' (and change service name in package.json)
3. Run npm install.
4. Set configurations on couchbase (use the configEp guide https://wiki.perion.com:8443/pages/viewpage.action?spaceKey=CSM&title=ConfigEP+pocket+guide)
5. Set env params e.g:\ ENV_NAME: se-i\ NODE_ENV: se_integration\ REGION: us-east-1\ EP_PORT=5433
6. you're ready to go.

Features:

1. Node version - 12.13.1
2. caching counter data of capping rules in redis-labs
3. get a set of capping rule and store it localy in map, then the module expose methode to search specific rule by one or more of the given verticals.
