Shape-dustjs NPM

Dust facade to enable use of custom Dust helpers. Inspired by consolidate npm module; consolidate does not support extensions to Dust (the Dust object is not exposed), hence the need for this shape-dustjs module.

It attempts to load shape-dustjs-helpers. (If you're not using that module, you probably have no use for shape-dustjs and it's better to use consolidate.)
