i have access to only sims 2 (the base game) and sims 2 pets expansion. the expansion is free and runs on mac, pc or linux; mac and pc are the only two platforms supported, currently. this is the first time i will be playing a sims game without having sims 3. i'm trying to find out how well the game plays on the mac. i just downloaded it from http://www.thegamestore.com/product/sims-2-plus-all-expansions/ it's free for mac and pc. the installation is very simple. it's about a 90% no-brainer. will this game run on mac? i plan on buying more expansions later. 


why not including parallelism for the tree and mouse control? so for example if the sim would play dj, a flag is set to 9, this is the transition sim or something like that. what about this? the flag is set to 9. then it's taken from the mouse location position to the transition position.

just got the the sims 4 base game yesterday. i have a dedicated pc for gaming, so i have no need to use an emulator. does this mean i should not use that ea origin? i have the origin key from when i purchased the game. i plan on downloading the expansions separately, once i have them, i will activate the game on origin. will this function create compatibility issues with the game?
