there are many things in the game the player can do, ranging from simply making phone calls (calling certain people and inviting them into the hacker's side-mission), fighting criminals and police (either as a police officer or as a criminal) or just simply killing criminals for money (although the game states you can kill cops for money, the game has no really come to this as the player can easily evade arrest after completing a mission by taking a taxi or bike-taxi). also there are a small number of missions that the player cannot complete, due to either the amount of time it takes to complete or the level of difficulty. the game features around 15 hours of cutscenes and dialogue, and there are an estimated 20 missions, some of which are optional and some that are required to complete the storyline. the levels are unlocked through the use of hacking smartphones and tablets. 


while on foot, the player has the ability to walk, run, sprint, jump, climb over obstacles, swim, vault over objects, and perform professional free-running feats. also the player has the ability to interact with people (buying food for temporary power-ups and regaining up to 100% of their health, clothing or accepting favors), as well as with objects (praying at health shrines -- finding and praying at a certain amount of health shrines grants an upgrade to the player's health).
