A 24hr-hackathon project that mesaures the soil moisture, ambient light intensity, CO2 PPM, and temperature of a plant and puts that data along with a picture in the form of a simple dashboard on an Apache server on the Raspbery Pi Zero that can be accessed from the android application. It can also be used to remotly water a plant or autmatically water a plant when the soil moisture drops below a certain treshold. It uses a Arduino to interface with the sensors which is connected to the Pi over a USB cable. Made for the Oak Codefest 2020
