Upon activation, email the activation file back to Javelins Support Help Desk. Remember, the activation file is about 11MB and it may take up to two days for it to be processed and returned to you.


If you found yourself in a situation where you were unable to get past the first error, you will need to perform the manual activation process again, as the second try will take you through a direct activation which bypasses the key fob. This does require you to have a generic account with the activation server, as they cannot perform the activation without the username and password.


To deactivate your license, simply follow the instructions above (if you were not using the Internet to activate), and then enter your current Username and Password in the activation file. Once complete, you can close the file and keep it where it is.
