A port of @mrpedrobraga's StarScript to javascript.

StarScript is a hybrid data/behaviour specific language designed originally for internationalization of game dialogues/cutscenes.

This port does not serve any videogame-specific functionality -- instead, it allows the user to specify the behaviours for each command with Callables.
