Usage

• Run npx starter-typescript new project, change the word project with anything you like
• Run npm run watch or yarn watch
• Access localhost:8083 on the browser
• Modify the Typescript file or SASS file on the assets folder, or modify the HTML file on the public folder
• See your changes reflect immediately
