SupportTicketingSystemUi

This library was generated with Angular CLI version 17.0.0.

Info

Our interceptor captures the important data from error, localStorage, request and saves them in the newly created field "myData" from localStorage to be passed on to the backend.

It launches a toast with a button that, once pressed, will send the data further to the backend.

How to use

  1. npm install primeng --save(Install PrimeNG if you don't have installed)
  2. npm install html2canvas --save(Install html2canvas if you don't have installed for screenshot)
  3. npm install support-ticketing-system-ui --save
  4. import HttpInterceptorForBugsModule in your app.module.ts like that:
    SupportTicketingSystemUiModule.forRoot(new KontrLibConfig("your url"))
  5. use this code in the component where you want to add toasts(if you want in all application add in app.component.html)

        <p-toast key="custom" position="top-right">
          <ng-template let-toast pTemplate="message">
            <div class="ui-toast-message ui-toast-message-info">
              {{ toast.detail }}
              <div class="border d-flex align-items-center justify-content-center">
                <p-button (click)="sendErrors()" label="Adauga ticket"></p-button>
              </div>
            </div>
          </ng-template>
        </p-toast>
  6. inject HttpInterceptorForBugsService and MessageService in your app.component.ts

  7. use method sendErrors from HttpInterceptorForBugsService with your url and 'myData' from localStorage

You can use this function if you want to make a screenshot and add it as a base64 string to your json:

   async sendErrors() {
    if (localStorage.getItem("myData")) {
      let screenShotBase64;
      html2canvas(document.body).then(async canvas => {
        screenShotBase64 = canvas.toDataURL();
        const errorAsJson = JSON.parse(localStorage.getItem("myData") ?? "nothing");
        const errorAsJsonWithSs = {
          errorAsJson,
          "printScreen": screenShotBase64
        }
        this.sendErrorService.sendErrors(errorAsJsonWithSs).subscribe();
      })
    }
  }
   our default url : http://localhost:8090/support/api/v1/errors
