Tealium Install Referrer Plugin

This is a supplementary plugin, designed to be used in conjunction with the Tealium Cordova Plugin. Currently, it is only available for Android. If installed alongside the main Tealium plugin, it will pass the Install Referrer information received from the Google Play store to the Tealium Data Layer. In order to use this plugin, please make sure you have no other Install Referrer listeners in your app. For full details of the Android Install Referrer module on which this plugin is based, please see: https://docs.tealium.com/platforms/android-java/module-list/install-referrer/
