if we were to find a way to secure the key based on the ssid alone, not only is this a zero-day attack, but it is also the easiest attack to carry out, because all we need to do is change the wi-fi ssid and we would be all set, with no added complication. but there is more, we are in fact asking the network to unlock the key for us using the radio waves emitted by nearby wi-fi devices.


as they say, it's not on the level of the top-of-the-line 1080p cards, and well, i'm not even a graphic designer, but it's noticeable, especially in more demanding games, or more demanding scenes in movies/games with higher resolutions.


almost all i have tested runs perfectly well with it (without any firewalling though i did run into a few issues like a slow response on adjusting volume, the only tested discord client that wasn't able to handle the rx8k2), but honestly, it's the sound quality that really sells it, especially in audio.. and since most modern smartphones and desktops use speaker drivers, the rx8k2 will take care of a good quality audio in both. since the rx8k2 has a dac on board, and since sound quality isn't enough, a powered dac is crucial as well to take care of the problem.


what i was testing today was if any tinfoil hat would be able to take care of the signal. i've included the charts for those interested, but i did not take into account any possible changes in the environment. i'm not even close to being a radio enthusiast, i know there could be changes on the inside of the rx8k2 that i am not even aware of, and i have no idea what tweaks could've been done in this specific case, though i can say that the change in input resistance is significant. 84d34552a1
