Release as package:

run ng build lava (or build-prod, whatever)

Go to dist/lava folder, run 'npm pack'

Make sure '-watch' isn't included anywhere in your packed packages.

from topmost directory, run npm install dist/lava/lava-0.0.1.tgz

For development:

Start lava build watch FIRST
