range NPM version Build Status

Range parser that parse range from string, e.g. "0, 1, 7~8, 9-10, 100~105" -> [0, 1, 7, 10, 100, 105]

Installation

$ npm install tiny-range

Usage

var range = require('tiny-range');

var result = range.parse('0, 1, 7~8, 9-10, 100~105');

// result: [[0, 1], [7, 10], [100, 105]]

  • From minimum to a specific number

Advantage Usage

var result = range.parse('~-5, -3, 0, 1, 2, 3, 7~8, 9-20, 100~');

// result: [[-4294967295,-5],-3,[0,3],[7,8],[100,4294967295]]

Notes Boundary is from -(2^32 - 1) to (2^32 - 1), i.e. -4294967295 to 4294967295.
