Vue component that displays a basic tooltip with a definition from a dictionary. Dictionary is inside src/dict.json.

Install with Vue

npm install tm-tooltip

import TmTooltip from "tm-tooltip";
Vue.component("tm-tooltip", TmTooltip);

Install as a web-component
