I've had my UAD processor for about 8 years now and think it's a great product. I use it on all of my projects. I didn't realize when I bought it, though, that it runs very well on Mac OSX. I still have not experienced any problems with it. I use it for the pre-amps on my guitar as well as for all my MIDI recording needs. I like the fact that it only takes up one slot in the computer. I use the LE version with my new Hammerfall THD. I used to use the LE version with my older Creative Korg Triton 4.8 Mixer. The LE version runs at 192 kbps and the Pro version runs at 96 kbps. While working on my 2 CD album project \"Showcase\" for the last 3 years, I used this processor every day. It's a piece of hardware you will really enjoy working with. I've also used it as a 24 bit bus between my old Korg Triton 4.8 mixer and my Mac Pro. If you are looking for a 32 bit processor to use, this is the best bet. I also use the LE processor in my recorder, which is great for multitracking MIDI and vinyl. In my recording studio, I use a Focusrite ISA 24 or a Black Keys 4 for multitracking and the last version of the Apollo is for monitoring. They are so accurate you don't need a headphone amplifier. I put it through a very nice Focusrite ICE60 for the external headphone out. The mic pre's out of it sound great.
