UPM Cordova Binding

Description

Create Corodva plugins for UPM based on its Java binding.

Installation

Run cmake with "-DBUILDCORDOVABINDING=ON -DBUILDSWIGJAVA=ON"
Run make && make install
The generated plugins are located in in the output directory
