vetero-cmd v1.0.6
Vetero - Terminal edition
Do you want quality weather stats (for some weird, unexplicable reason...) right on your command line? You found the solution! Vetero is a highly-accurate weather service that uses a free and open-source API called "OpenMeteo" for the weather. This is based on Vetero's web version, also developed by me.
"What kind of name is "Vetero" even?"
"Vetero" means "Weather" in Esperanto. Not the best name choice, but it's cool i guess :D
"Okay, what do you offer?"
Vetero for the terminal has these features:
- Local forecast (for your area)
- Explore forecasts all around the world, with ease
- Highly user-friendly UI
- Current weather
- Hourly forecast (up to 12 hours)
- Daily forecast (up to 14 days)
- 61+ total custom messages for days of the week, current weather status and time (yes, I calculated it)
- Bookmarks feature (because I was bored), select any place in the world and save it for later!
- 800+ lines of pure suffering
WHAT are you waiting for?! Just do these steps:
- Run
npm install vetero-cmd -g
, wait for it... - Run
vetero
on your command line and that's it! You're experimenting the Vetero experience on your terminal.
