This addon addreses the fixed size viewport tag issue in webview

PhoneGap Build

To include the StatusBar plugin in your PhoneGap Build application, add this to your config.xml:

<gap:plugin name="com.phonegap.plugin.viewport_scale" />

Usage :

Install the plugin and you can use fixed values for viewport tag in your aplication, like this :

<meta name="viewport" content="width=500">
