Clone

git clone --recurse-submodules -j8  https://github.com/black7375/Visual-Acuity-Fonts.git
cd Visual-Acuity-Fonts

Requires

pip install -r ./requirements.txt
# And install Fontforge( https://fontforge.org/en-US/ )
