if you are using crystal reports xi, however, it requires that you also install the crystal report for windows server 2010 system component. you can check if you already have it installed and if it is compatible with your current version of xi from the reporting and analysis compatibility tools page in the add-on tab of the crystal reports xi installation wizard. the compatibility tools page also contains instructions on how to download the newer crystal report for windows server 2010 system component if it is missing from your site.

the restricted drivers manager (rdm) utility is a great way to disable all traces of the 3rd party binary blob graphics drivers. normally when you are installing drivers for devices, installing the drivers leads to the installation of various service packs and updates to other installed drivers. this is to bring all of the drivers up to date so that you can get best performance from your installed graphics drivers. this is important because of the graphics drivers work to make your computer smoother and faster. when you install a new graphics driver, your old driver gets disabled so that it is not used anymore. this is a very smart step since it minimizes what the driver is going to do to your computer. the problem is that people tend to have a very broad list of software to install, and they install so many different types of drivers that they end up with a huge list of services and drivers that will be disabled when they install a new graphics driver. so far the best way i have found to get all of the 3rd party binary graphics drivers is to use the rdm utility. rdm is included with windows 7. in windows 7, right-click on the my computer icon in the system tray and select "properties". in the upper left hand corner of the properties window, click on "device manager". right-click on the hardware entry in the list that is under the "display adapters" group and select "driver". when the add/remove driver wizard pops up, scroll down to find the "third-party graphics controller" entry, and select the uninstall button. you will probably need to reboot once you install the rdm utility. 84d34552a1
