WebGL Heatmap Plus

An optimization of Florian Boesch's WebGL Heatmap project - written in Typescript, built into esm and commonjs and released on npmjs.

Motivation

1. Remove references to experimental-webgl.
2. Make it modular and maintainable
3. Rewrite it in Typescript
4. Eventually upgrade to WebGL 2
