Wechaty Puppet OpenAPI Specification (OAS)

Motivation

We have gRPC for Wechaty Puppet, and we want a RESTful API as well, so we built OpenAPI Specification (OAS, former Swagger) on top of gRPC, with the power of gRPC OAS Gateway.
