新建 whistle.your-plugin-name 目录
进入插件目录，执行 lack init,选择

lsof -i tcp:8899
 kill  -9 pid

在插件目录下:
npm link  //把本地的包link到全局去； // npm unlink
lack watch

方法二:（适合跑插件）
在插件父目录:
w2 run  //会自动运行插件；
