i have been looking for help on here for a while, there are so many negative posts all over the internet about bugs and problems with the release. this is the first time i have tried with windows and i am sure this is going to be the last, i am so glad my os is going to be my main os. anyway, back to the main topic, i have installed windows 8 (64-bit) and activated with "product key" that was already installed on my pc but when i try to start windows (because i wanted to use windows desktop after activating) it give me an error message saying that windows 8 failed to activate. windows 8 isn't activated. but as you can see on the picture, when i try to activate again from the activation screen, it gives me the message "windows is activated". please help me, i want to use windows 8.


i am using windows 7 ultimate. i activated my windows 7 ultimate using product key. but after some days when i came back to my laptop my windows 7 ultimate is not activated. i have tried for lot of times but i didn't get activated. so tell me do i need to backup my data and redownload the windows 7 ultimate or i need to do something else like using some other product keys.


in my windows 7 ultimate, i made a partition for my windows 7 ultimate. after i make the partition, i activate my windows 7 ultimate using that partition. the problem is my partition is in efi mode and in windows 7 ultimate mode. i did'nt get whats the problem. please help me.
