windy-plugin-boulder v0.5.0

Windy plugin that show some boulder rocks on the map. At the moment only for the Odenwald in Germany. The purpose is make it easier to look up the weather forecast and past weather data (which is unluckely not provided on windy) for the certain spot. Originally goal was to calculate from weather data if the rock is dry/ already dried since the last rainfall...probably to complicated
