ARGUMENTS
  FEATURE   Name of the Feature to add
  PROJECT   Name of the Project (when not in a xcl-Project path)
  USERNAME  schema name for the feature to be installed in
  PASSWORD  password for the new schema
  VERSION   Version of the Feature
