Component Development Kit Vue Builder

This builder can be used with the Component Development Kit (CDK). It contains build targets for compiling Vue.js Single File Components and wrap them into webcomponents (reusable custom elements) using Vue CLI.

NOTE: In the postinstall hook, a script runs that will patch the @vue/vue-web-component-wrapper module to solve an ongoing issue.
