Products like Dreamweaver, Dreamweaver Mobile, the CC-DLP CC-3D, and the CC-PDF ensure we get a stream of major upgrades to the Flash Creative Cloud tools, and always get the latest version as soon as it is complete. It’s refreshing to see a change like this for the better; Adobe used to maintain a fair-to-middling pace with the tools, but they’ve been relatively stagnant for a while, whereas the competition has been moving forward, and the CC tools are lagging far behind. Check out the timeline to see the pace with which their competitors are innovating and coming out with new products.


To make sure this is working, uninstall any previous versions you have installed, then install the package(s) that you downloaded below, and start up the application. You should now be using Adobe Flash Pro CC 2013.1.0.226 Multilanguage [ChingLiu] (64 bit), regardless of your languages.


Adobe recommends that you turn off your automatic update settings, however, do not do so unless you are actively using the application, otherwise you will miss out on all of the latest updates. To turn off the automatic updates for CC tools, go to: Help > Software Update > Software Updates > Automatic Updates. To turn it on again, open the Automatic Updates window (or choose "Software Update" from the File menu) and choose Check for Updates.

How do you do the update? Well you download the CC 2015 update files, unzip them, and then run the Adobe Patch Installer executable. You will need the same version of the base application installed on your machine as in the installer, and so you can just run the installer for the base app of the version you have installed, and then install the update patches.
