Usage

Usage: index <root> [<options>]

Options:
  --help      Show help                                                [boolean]
  --version   Show version number                                      [boolean]
  --port, -p  Specify port to listen on                 [number] [default: 8080]
  --index     Serve directory index pages              [boolean] [default: true]
  --footer    Show footer on directory index pages     [boolean] [default: true]
