Shared prompt editor used by Creative Workspace, Instant Learning, and other BPA frontends.

Inside this monorepo, consumers use workspace:*, so editor changes are picked up from the local package. For applications outside the monorepo, install the published package from npm:

npm install @e-llm-studio/prompt-editor

Consumers may still override the editor through Instant Learning's CreativeWorkspaceAdapterProvider when host-specific behavior is required.
