Communication Intelligence
Full relationship intelligence on your People, Companies and Opportunities — live from your synced email and calendar.
What you get
- First and last contact — when the relationship started and the most recent touch, in either direction
- Direction and attribution — who reached out (you or them), the last contact by teammate, and the strongest connection on your team
- Volume and cadence — email count, meeting count, total interactions, and the next scheduled meeting
- Connection strength — a recency- and frequency-weighted score (No connection → Very strong)
- Zero upkeep — updates in real time from every synced email and meeting, with your full history backfilled the moment you install
The columns (on People)
- First contact / Last contact — earliest and most recent touch, either direction
- First email / First meeting / Next meeting — timeline anchors from your synced data
- Last outbound / Last inbound — when you last reached out vs. when they last did
- Email count / Meeting count / Interaction count — volume of synced touches
- Connection strength — No connection, Very weak, Weak, Good, Strong, or Very strong
- Strongest connection / Last contact by — the teammate with the strongest relationship, and the one behind the most recent touch
- Last contact item / Last email / Last meeting — one click to the actual record
On Companies and Opportunities you also get Last contact and Last contact item, plus rolled-up First contact, Next meeting, Interaction count, and Connection strength (aggregated across the account's people; Opportunities roll up from their point of contact).

Heads up
Needs a synced inbox or calendar (Google, Outlook, or CalDAV). Direction is inferred from the email's sender and the meeting's organizer; a meeting counts as both. Connection strength weights each interaction by recency (30-day half-life) and frequency; thresholds are tunable in compute-connection-strength.ts.
