IN2TEC-Page Editor

This libary has been forked from @in2tec/page-editor and modified for

• compatibiity issues with REACT18
• implemented INTU color scheme and tweaked it a little
• customization purposes such as allowing for theme prop dark & light mode. This will use the standard theme set in src/core/theme/theme.js and handles dark and light mode
• uiTheme option which will allow for overriding the theme from a parent object
