24 Claude Code skills for building production Intercom integrations with the intercom-client TypeScript SDK
/plugin install intercom-pack@claude-code-plugins-plus
Real Intercom API code covering contacts, conversations, messages, Help Center articles, webhooks, data events, OAuth, and admin management. Every skill uses actual intercom-client SDK methods, real endpoint URLs (api.intercom.io), real response shapes, and real error codes (401, 404, 409, 422, 429).

Bulk import contacts/companies/tags/articles from other platforms |
- Contacts have a
role of user (identified) or lead (anonymous). Leads merge into users.
- Conversations contain threaded
conversation_parts (comments, notes, assignments).
- Messages are outbound from admins to contacts (email, in-app, push).
- Tags label contacts, companies, and conversations.
- Data Events track custom contact activity (past-tense verb-noun naming).
- Webhooks use
X-Hub-Signature (HMAC-SHA1) with a 5-second response timeout.
